Description
Crispy and flavorful drumsticks marinated in tandoori yogurt, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, paprika, and cumin powder in a bowl.
- Coat drumsticks evenly with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly brush drumsticks with oil.
- Place drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Adjust spice levels to your preference.
- Use Greek yogurt for a thicker marinade.
