Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 sliced green onion


Instructions

  1. Pat wings dry with paper towels.
  2. Air fry at 400°F for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  3. Mix soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ginger, and garlic in a saucepan.
  4. Simmer 3 minutes.
  5. Combine cornstarch and water, stir into sauce to thicken.
  6. Toss wings in sauce.
  7. Air fry 3 more minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
