Description
Crispy Thai basil drumsticks made in the air fryer for a quick and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Coat drumsticks with the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place drumsticks in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
- Flip drumsticks and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Toss with Thai basil leaves before serving.
