Description
A spicy and flavorful Thai-inspired chicken sandwich with chili sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp Thai chili sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 slices bread or buns
- 1/4 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with Thai chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until fully done.
- Toast bread or buns lightly.
- Spread mayonnaise on bread.
- Layer cooked chicken, cabbage, and cucumber.
- Serve immediately.
