Description
A quick and easy lasagna recipe made in an air fryer for crispy edges and tender layers.
Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat, and mix with marinara sauce.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, egg, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Layer noodles, beef sauce, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Cover with foil and air fry for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and air fry for 5 more minutes until cheese is golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use no-boil lasagna noodles to save time.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Let lasagna rest before slicing for cleaner cuts.
