Description

Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Toss wedges with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place wedges in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking basket halfway.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For crispier wedges, soak potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
