Description
Crispy potato bites seasoned with za’atar and cooked in an air fryer for a quick and flavorful snack.
Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, diced into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp za’atar spice blend
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, za’atar, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the diced potatoes in cold water for 10 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
