Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice zucchinis into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  3. Arrange zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush zucchini lightly with olive oil.
  5. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each zucchini slice.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Add oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
