Description
A simple and healthy zucchini pizza without the crust.
Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice zucchinis into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- Arrange zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush zucchini lightly with olive oil.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over each zucchini slice.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
- Add oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh zucchinis for best results.
- Adjust toppings as desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
