Description
A quick and flavorful side dish made with fresh corn and Cajun spice in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn, husked and cleaned
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the corn with olive oil.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper evenly over the corn.
- Place the corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime before serving.
- Works best with fresh corn but frozen corn can be used if thawed.
