Description
Crispy and delicious air fryer fritters made with cottage cheese and blueberries. A quick and healthy snack or breakfast option.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix cottage cheese, egg, honey, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Scoop small portions of batter onto parchment-lined air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip halfway through cooking.
- Serve warm with extra honey if desired.
Notes
- Use full-fat cottage cheese for creamier texture.
- If batter is too runny, add a bit more flour.
- Fritters can be frozen and reheated in the air fryer.
