Description
Crispy garlic parmesan wings made in the air fryer with baking powder for extra crunch.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Pat dry the wings with paper towels.
- Toss wings with baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix olive oil, minced garlic, and parmesan in a bowl.
- Toss cooked wings in the garlic parmesan mixture.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For crispier wings, let them sit in the fridge for 1 hour after coating with baking powder.
- Adjust salt to taste if using salted parmesan.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
