Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Pat dry the wings with paper towels.
  2. Toss wings with baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Mix olive oil, minced garlic, and parmesan in a bowl.
  7. Toss cooked wings in the garlic parmesan mixture.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

  • For crispier wings, let them sit in the fridge for 1 hour after coating with baking powder.
