Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) steak (sirloin, ribeye, or your choice)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Rub the steak with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Place the steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
