A quick and healthy green bean salad made in the air fryer, perfect for festive occasions.
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place green beans in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway, until tender-crisp.
- Transfer green beans to a bowl and mix in almonds, cranberries, and lemon juice.
- Serve warm or chilled.
