Description
A quick and easy dish featuring tender cod fillets coated in a rich garlic butter sauce, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets (6 oz each)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cod fillets.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with extra butter sauce if desired.
Notes
- Use fresh cod for best results.
- Adjust cooking time if fillets are thicker or thinner.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
