Description

A quick and easy Greek pasta salad made in the air fryer. Perfect for a light lunch or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Transfer the salad to an air fryer-safe dish and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, and serve.
