Description

A quick and healthy salmon dish cooked in an air fryer with a delicious teriyaki glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 green onion, sliced (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
  4. Brush half of the teriyaki mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Place the salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
  6. While the salmon cooks, mix cornstarch and water in a small saucepan.
  7. Add the remaining teriyaki mixture to the saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened.
  8. Remove the salmon from the air fryer and brush with the thickened teriyaki glaze.
  9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion before serving.
