Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix corn, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sugar, garlic powder, and black pepper.
