A creamy and cheesy Korean-inspired corn dish made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix corn, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sugar, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Grease an air fryer-safe dish with butter.
- Spread the corn mixture evenly in the dish.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
