Description
Crispy risotto fries made in an air fryer, loaded with Italian flavors and toppings.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked arborio rice
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Mix cooked rice, Parmesan, egg, parsley, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into fry shapes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Air fry the risotto fries for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
- Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella.
- Air fry for another 2 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use leftover risotto for best results.
- Press the mixture firmly to hold shape.
- Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model.
