Description
A quick and easy way to cook lobster tails in an air fryer, dipped in butter for extra flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise and gently pull the meat upward.
- Brush the lobster meat with melted butter.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until the meat is opaque and firm.
- Mix remaining butter with lemon juice for dipping.
- Serve immediately with the butter dip.

- Use fresh lobster tails for best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the tails.
