Description

A quick and easy way to cook lobster tails in an air fryer, dipped in butter for extra flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise and gently pull the meat upward.
  3. Brush the lobster meat with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 6-8 minutes until the meat is opaque and firm.
  7. Mix remaining butter with lemon juice for dipping.
  8. Serve immediately with the butter dip.
