Description
Crispy and flavorful mushroom chips made in an air fryer. A healthy snack option that’s easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 200g mushrooms (button or cremini)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Clean mushrooms and slice them thinly.
- Toss mushroom slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange mushroom slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Slice mushrooms evenly for consistent cooking.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
