Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (for crumb topping)
  • 1/4 cup flour (for crumb topping)
  • 2 tbsp cold butter (for crumb topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, pumpkin spice, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add milk, pumpkin puree, egg, and melted butter. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour batter into a greased baking pan that fits inside the air fryer.
  5. In a separate bowl, make the crumb topping by mixing brown sugar, flour, and cold butter until crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle crumb topping evenly over the batter.
  7. Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
