Quick and easy air fryer sausage patties for a delicious breakfast. Perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork sausage
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the ground pork sausage with black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried sage.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches wide.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8 minutes, flip the patties, then cook for another 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For crispier patties, cook an extra 2 minutes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
