Crispy and flavorful wedges seasoned with Sichuan pepper and garlic, cooked in an air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp Sichuan peppercorns, crushed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, black pepper, crushed Sichuan peppercorns, and minced garlic.
- Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust Sichuan peppercorns to taste for more or less spice.
- For extra crispiness, soak potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking and pat dry.
