Description
Crispy churros with a gooey s’mores filling, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil water, sugar, salt, and oil in a saucepan.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until smooth.
- Cool slightly, then beat in eggs one at a time.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe 4-inch strips onto parchment paper.
- Spray churros with cooking spray and air fry for 8-10 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and dip churros.
- Roll in crushed graham crackers and top with mini marshmallows.
Notes
- Use a sturdy piping bag for churro dough.
- Check churros at 8 minutes to avoid over-browning.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
