Description
Crispy avocado fries with a spicy sriracha kick, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut avocados into thick slices.
- Mix flour with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in one bowl.
- Beat eggs with sriracha in another bowl.
- Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Coat avocado slices in flour, then dip in egg mixture, and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Place coated slices in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use firm but ripe avocados for best results.
- Adjust sriracha amount to your preferred spice level.
- Serve with ranch or yogurt dip if desired.
