Ingredients
- 10 spring roll wrappers
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup cooked ground chicken
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, chicken, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of filling on each spring roll wrapper.
- Fold sides inward and roll tightly.
- Brush with vegetable oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange rolls in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
