Description

Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix steak pieces with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy.
- While steak cooks, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
- Toss cooked steak bites in garlic butter sauce before serving.
